The full company name, registered office, registration number and tax information will replace these temporary details after incorporation and before contractual registrations or payments are accepted through the website.
2. Data controller and purposes
For the current website, Alexandru Ivanov is the data controller. Personal data is processed to answer enquiries, evaluate expressions of interest, discuss participation, partnerships, media, hospitality or supplier proposals, protect the website and meet legal obligations.
The legal bases may include steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the project, compliance with legal obligations and consent where specifically requested.
3. Contact form and communications
The contact form does not transmit or store its contents on the Blackout Rally website. It prepares an email in the visitor’s own email application. Data is sent only when the visitor reviews and sends that email.
Enquiries may be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for contractual, accounting, dispute or legal-obligation purposes.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The website uses essential local browser storage to remember the visitor’s consent choice and sound preference. These functions do not require optional consent because they support choices explicitly requested by the visitor.
The consent preference is stored for up to 180 days. Visitors can reopen Cookie settings at any time and change their external-media choice.
5. Instagram and Elfsight
The live Instagram section is provided through Elfsight. It is blocked by default and loads only after the visitor allows external media. Once enabled, Elfsight and connected platforms such as Instagram/Meta may receive technical data, set cookies or process data under their own policies.
Visitors who do not consent can still use the rest of the website and open the public Blackout Rally Instagram profile through a normal external link.
6. Recipients, hosting and transfers
Technical service providers may process limited data necessary to host, secure and deliver the website. Email and communications providers process messages when visitors contact Blackout Rally. Optional external-media providers process data only after consent.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using applicable transfer safeguards. Blackout Rally does not sell personal data.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, visitors may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Requests can be sent to info@blackoutrally.ro.
Visitors may also lodge a complaint with Romania’s National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
8. Accuracy and changes
Route details, activities, venues, inclusions and availability may change while the 2027 programme is being finalised. The website is an invitation to enquire and does not by itself create a participation contract or guarantee acceptance.
This notice will be updated when the operating company is incorporated or when the website’s services change.
